All services must be paid in full beforehand. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a dissolution of services option was presented to the customer on our behalf. To add, we offer a maximum of 3 free revisions per service. Each service briefly states what materials will be needed. Before sending an inquiry, make sure you have the requested materials readily available.
Screenshots do not serve as high-quality images and will not be accepted. Please make sure your attachments are .PNG files to ensure a clean, professional look for the finished product.

*Free revisions are not included in the initial timeframe. To add, federal holidays and days we are closed are not included in the timeframes.

Each service specifies the additional fees for rush orders. Additional fees will be applied if we are working within a limited timeframe — NO EXCEPTIONS. Please take that into consideration when booking.
What we will need:
All text, logos, graphics, social media handles/contact information, color schemes, and themes you would like us to include along with a brief description of what you’d like your posts to look like. If you are not sure of a design, that is okay. With your permission, we will create beautiful templates that accentuate your brand.
